reflections on mind body

what if it we are a mind with a body. this does not really separate the mind body problem at all but what if it is the other way around that we are a conscious, a mind, or whatever we want to call it and maybe we should call it something else as language can confuse us with its predetermined ideas but let us say mind or consciousness for now for this is the question we seek to enlighten. that we and by we i mean the millions of words written on this subject are trying to find an answer to consciousness and that some assume that it must be material and i get that as in it is scientific and less spooky to think in that way but that is another subject but what if rather than see the body as dominant and i leave to one side for now my gender thoughts on this as they are quite the reverse and i hope to shed light there to but for this purpose given that we see this physical observable body of mass and molecules and atoms and firing neurons and that it gives us comfort in so much as or by the very fact that it can be see whereas consciousness cannot and we aim to make it the physical to show that somehow consciousness is located somewhere in the brain we presume so that it to can be difficult but that for now at least there is no satisfactory answer as to why this should be the case but what if we are actually a mind, a consciousness with a body but that there is no explanation or separation to the body that the body is the consciousness and consciousness is the body that the body is there to respond to the consciousness, that the body is a manifestation of the very consciousness that we seek to explain or embody that we are trying to physicalise something that may already be physical that it indeed is it that the mind is the body and the body is the mind, that there is no separation at all and indeed i can see already as i tap these words that here it ties in with my views on other areas, especially those of gender and maybe everything that i see a different way and that maybe as well as a theory of nothingness i should have a theory of everything ness but that it is the same thing and that not only is there no separation that there is a fluidity, an ambiguity and that is how it is. we are or some are tying ourselves in knots over this and i do sometimes need to think that it is just a way that many including me now find to keep ourselves busy but know at the same time that a lack of thinking or anxiety, some may say passion but just another bunch of words but that can lead to a passivity in all of our lives which i believe can or does lead to many of the social ills we see and that cause the most distress regardless of how many tangents i go off and variety of holes i dig to get to the roots and be known to me that all suffering or more accurately any suffering is what distresses me the most and i include in that my own suffering and that i hold on to the raft that says we need not sink and indeed we all can swim. so the mental is the physical and was all along, that we do not need to physicalise something that is already very physical and that more than that there is no separation but instead an integral unique system for which science has no answer and should concern itself as i think on the whole it does with making the this beautiful unique system work as best it can and that those of us who choose words instead of test tubes should use our faculties wherever they are to find the best solution to maintaining other areas of this integral system ticking over as best as possible and by those that choose words i mean all that for whatever reason that is not even beknown to them as it is not me and instead is a feeling that we can not yet explain to keep doing so and for sure i include in that you writers and artists psychologists and philosophers and thinkers and all that wish to sail and that i wish it was all. i will no doubt be returning to this and no doubt still changing direction and that if i find a a way it will not be the only way but i resolutely remain to my task of clearing a path for me so that there is room for you if you should so wish to glide beside me.
