I was born in 1977 in Taiwan and I decided to go to Singapore for study after grade 8. I enjoyed the academic life in Singapore and after my military service in Singapore, I went on to Northestern University to study Electrical and Electronic engineering in the USA.

In year 2004, I started my career in travel industry and for the following 10 years, I did anything I can think of to bring company to next level; inter-departments process automation, startup a successful online cheap ticket company within current company, effective new bonus scheme etc. Everyone in the company was so motivated towards out common goal. Sales tripled and manpower turn-over rate was lowest ever for the last 3 years of my stay. During that time, I was in charge of 3 departments with around 40 people. Sales revenue boosted from zero to yearly 2.3 million USD in less than 3 years.

In the year of 2013, I cofound Taiwan’s first cryptocurrency company to build a Bitcoin exchange when Bitcoin was only around 400 USD. I found myself on sick-bed after so many hours devoted on developing my project. After project completion, in the year of 2016, I spent time to drill into deeper Blockchain technology and explored the possibilities of it industry level. I started writing a Travel Marketplace for travel industry using Magento 2. But slowly I found that even the best blockchain design will wither if it’s design is for particular industry. Any industry that requires transaction should be only a subset of the Blockchain, so I started Sereneum in the year of 2018.

Sereneum White paper is evolving, it is not confined to technology, it is focused on business transactions with performance and future in mind.

我出生於 1977 年台灣，我意識到如果要把世界語言英文學好，到新加坡是個好的選擇，於是在國中 2 年級後我先進入個一般的學校，學習一年後我考取當地的特選學校文殊中學。之後我到美國西北大學就讀電機系。

2004 年在美國畢業後，我回到台灣在旅行業服務，從撰寫程式和維修電腦開始，在旅遊界的 10 餘年，為了將公司更上一層樓，我啟動了許多特許專案；跨部門流程自動化整合、獎金制度改革、線上便宜機票銷售等。全公司一條心往共同目標邁進，在我在公司的最後 3 年，營業額成長3倍，流動率創歷史新低，桔子旅遊線上便宜機票當時創造了從零到一年七億的營業額，也就是每個客服創造了1.2 億營業額，也就是每天每人 200 張訂單中成交50張機票。並直接管理4個部門。

2013 年我共同創辦了第一個比特幣交易所，當時比特幣約400美金。但因為工作上心力交瘁，不久後因抵抗力太低感染肺炎而住院。在仔細思量後決定投入區塊鏈的研發和企業應用的可能性。在2016年開始策劃開發旅遊區塊鏈賣場平台。但我慢慢發現製作個有產業相關性的區塊鏈無法滿足各方需求，所以為了達到任何交易都可進入 Sereneum，所以將產業特性當成 Sereneum 的子集，而不會影響到區塊鏈本身的設計。在2018，再次改寫 Sereneum 白皮書，將 Sereneum 帶上更高一層。

Sereneum 是個不斷成長的核心區塊鏈機制，只要是高效交易都可以由它來處理操作，這樣才能達到最後去中心化的高效區塊鏈平台。
