Recently I have come to know about a new technique about time management and it is called Pomodoro Technique. This technique is basically to fight procrastination and time management by focusing your concentration on the task. This technique is really useful and easy to work at.

Pomodoro is a technique used to deal with procrastination and to develop a habit of completing task on time by using time-management strategy.In this technique you break down your work into steps and then by setting timer achieve those tasks.

When faced with any difficult task or series of tasks, break the work down into short, timed intervals called “Pomodoro”

Nowadays as my exams are are about to start and I was just finding difficulty to put my focus on studies. As in university we used to say that i will start studying from tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes.What i do that i set s timer to 25 minutes and make my to finish these 15 slides in it.

I have to face many challange as when i started studying, suddenly my mobile rang,my friends came and I remained fail in completing my task. I repeat this process for 5 times. What i saw that my efficiency increased.

I have plans to apply this technique on daily basis because it will help me in preparing my exams. I will try to switch off my mobile or put it on silent mode , lock my door from inside so that no one can disturb me and can perform my task more efficiently.
