Reshape your thoughts in 4 simple steps!

Here are 4 simple things you can do to reshape your thoughts and get on your way to a healthier you starting from the inside…

2. Counteract — Once you’ve acknowledged what your big, bad thought is that consumes most of your day, compare it to the truth.

3. Memorize — Now that you have the negative thought (the lie) and the positive thought (the truth) focus on repeating the truth in your mind to the point of memorization. I know it sounds cliché but like any new habit it takes a continual intention to make it happen. Repeat the truth back to yourself. Again, I prefer writing things down — either on my mirror, a note card or in my notes on my phone. Saying it out loud is also powerful. Learn to control your thoughts by replacing them over and over again.
